“According to the results of the preliminary investigation, organized according to the media ... a criminal case was opened on the fact that the private clinic staff rendered services that did not meet the safety requirements, which resulted in the death of the patient through negligence,” the department said.

According to a relative of the deceased, the clinic’s employees did not allow her sister to be transferred to another medical institution because of the arrears in paying for medical services.
