The Euro-2020, whose qualifications ended on Tuesday, promises a competition marked by excess with a plethora of stars and posters. But by then, his complex organization in twelve cities and twelve countries is likely to debate before the drawing of lots on November 30.

- Everyone at the table -

While the Netherlands missed the festivities in 2016, the major European nations all managed to qualify for the finals (12 June-12 July), with some making a strong impression.

Belgium and Italy have, in particular, shone by winning their ten matches. If the Red Devils of Eden Hazard were expected, the Nazionale surprised under the leadership of his coach Roberto Mancini, who revitalized a moribund team, absent from the last World.

His counterpart Ronald Koeman performed the same feat with the "Oranje", who are again scared in the wake of Frenkie De Jong, Mathijs De Ligt and Virgil Van Dijk.

Harry Kane, the best scorer in qualifying (12 goals), will be there to hope to take England to his first European title, while the final will be held in London at the Wembley Stadium.

Germany, Spain, France world champion and Portugal title holder have also shown their strength, but all the cadors will not be housed in the same sign for the draw.

- Cristiano Ronaldo, star threatened -

Indeed, the distribution of hats, confirmed Wednesday by UEFA, promises shocks from the hens.

The Blues Antoine Griezmann are in the pot N.2, which does not protect them from a big entry: they will face either Spain in Bilbao, Italy in Rome or Germany in Munich, or England in London.

Complicated ... except that Portugal can still be added to the dance. The selection of Cristiano Ronaldo, who will target in 2020 his 100th goal in selection (99 to date), is in the third hat, which he will clearly be the scarecrow. Many coaches will hold their breath during the draw, which could give birth to a Spain-France-Portugal "death group".

At least the team of Didier Deschamps will she avoid Croatia, she had beaten in the final of the World Cup and which appears in the same pot 2.

- Already posters, and polemics -

The complex system, devised by UEFA for this first Euro organized in twelve countries already provides a glimpse of the composition of the hens. A situation, unprecedented, which makes cringe.

Since each group is organized in two predetermined cities, host countries are already assigned, provided they have qualified. This is the case of Group B which will host Denmark, Russia and also Belgium - because the other seed who does not play home games, Ukraine, can not face Russia for reasons diplomatic and security--.

Ukraine is sure to challenge the Netherlands in Pool C, between Amsterdam and Bucharest.

That Belgium already knows two of its three future opponents is "a scandal," said striker Kevin De Bruyne. "This is a kind of falsification of the competition," he said on Flemish television TVM.

The coach Didier Deschamps had already warned: "Given how the draw is organized with the geographical aspect, it will be funny".

- Dams and other curiosities -

Paradoxically, if some chickens have already been partly unveiled, the set of 24 participants still has unknowns: the identity of the last four countries that will qualify via dams.

Sixteen teams were given a last chance thanks to their good run during ... the League of Nations, completed a year earlier. If the dams are known, it still remains to distribute them in four ways of dam, determined by their level - a draw is expected Friday to decide a few cases--.

In the meantime, a certainty: a small will invite itself in the big leagues, between North Macedonia, Georgia, Belarus and Kosovo.
