This was announced during a press conference by his lawyer Igor Golovan.

It is clarified that the Main Military Prosecutor's Office planned to interrogate Poroshenko in the case of the Ilovaisk tragedy in the Donbass.

“If there was a subpoena from which it could be understood that the person was being summoned for questioning, then this could be considered,” RIA Novosti quoted the lawyer as saying.

According to the lawyer, the text of the agenda was published on Facebook and "there is no information in it that should be in the call for interrogation." Golovan added that in this regard, he does not recommend Poroshenko "consider such things."

Earlier, the State Bureau of Ukraine proposed to prosecute Poroshenko.
