As noted, the case was instituted under Part 3 of Art. 109 of the Criminal Code (causing death by negligence to two persons).
According to investigators, on the morning of November 19, a collapse of soil and asphalt pavement occurred on Austrina Street. Parked near one of the LADA Largus stores with two men, it fell into a pit filled with hot water.
Currently, an investigative and operational group is working at the scene.
Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations said that the soil failed due to a break in the hot water pipe.
