On November 5, the verdict came against the men involved in the Kindberg trial, where all were sentenced to prison sentences.
Daniel Kindberg was sentenced to three years in prison and five years in business. He was also sentenced to pay damages to the property company Fältjägaren and Östersundshem together with the other two men for approximately SEK 13 million.
Even on the day the verdict fell, Kindberg told a press conference that he intended to appeal the verdict.
"We will appeal this and have a match in the High Court on this," he said.
It is not yet clear whether the other convicted men will appeal against the verdict.
