It is noted that it is planned to include St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Volgograd, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Rostov, Samara, Sakhalin, Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk regions, Krasnoyarsk and Perm regions, the Nenets and Yamal-Nenets autonomous districts in the corresponding list, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, as well as the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Earlier, the Ministry of Finance of Russia reported that from July 1, 2020 it is planned to extend a special tax regime for the self-employed throughout the country.

An independent expert on social policy, Andrei Gudkov, in an interview with the NSN, commented on the idea of ​​introducing a special tax regime for self-employed citizens throughout Russia.
