At least three people were killed in a shooting Monday evening in a shopping center in Duncan, southern Oklahoma, while the shooter fled to an unknown destination, local media reported.
Fox 25 television reported that the shooting occurred at Wal-Mart shopping center in Duncan, about 75 miles (120 km) south of Oklahoma City, the state capital of the same name.
The station pointed out that the shooter fled to an unknown destination and that the police are pursuing him, and it is not clear whether there were other wounded during the attack.
Rescue and ambulance teams arrived at the store after receiving reports of gunfire, according to ABC News's KSWI television station.
It quoted sources that the shooting occurred outside the Wal-Mart store, while law enforcement agents confirmed that several people were killed, and that the shooter among them, without further details, in the meantime, witnesses reported that shots were fired at the store.
