It is noted that the hostel in which the explosion occurred is located on Karl Marx Street.
"Law enforcement officers found that two men were fatally injured in the explosion," a Kiev police report said on Facebook.
It is clarified that at the scene of the incident, investigative-operational groups, the police leadership and specialists of the explosion service are working.
