According to surveys conducted by the company, up to 75 percent feel that they have been eliminated in the recruitment process for any reason that could be discrimination.

But do the interviews become completely objective, it's people who programmed the robot?

- We do not use the name or age behind the robot. It has a camera, but it is only used to see what the candidate has somewhere in relation to the robot. It will be like a blind interview where we then only assess what is said, explains Elin Öberg Mårtenzon.
