The weather will be disturbed Saturday on a large quarter southwest and on the extreme south-east, forecast Météo-France. During the day, rainy returns will affect a large western half. The rains will weaken over the northwest in the afternoon, but the sky will remain cluttered and sometimes punctuated with showers. The bad weather with moderate rains will gradually focus on the south-west quarter and especially between Aquitaine and the Pyrenees where thunderstorms are possible. Northwesterly gusts can reach 70/80 km / h on the Basque coast.
More variable in the south-east
It will snow on the west of the Massif Central and the limousine heights, in the morning, from 400/500 m, 600/800 m on the east of the Massif Central. In the Pyrenees, the snow limit will be around 900 / 1,000 m. In the east of the country, between the North-East, the Rhone Valley and around the Gulf of Lion, after dissipation of greyness and morning frosts, the day will be more variable. On the other hand, the showers will remain between the Alps and Corsica, locally stormy near the coast and becoming more frequent and active on the Island of Beauty from the evening. A strong north / northeast wind will sweep the capes. It will snow weakly around 800 m on the Alps.
The temperatures
The minimum temperatures will vary between 0 and 5 degrees in general, with small frosts around 0 / -2 from the North-East to the Massif Central and Rhône-Alpes, and 7 to 10 degrees between Provence and Corsica. The maximum, always below seasonal values, will reach 6 to 10 degrees from east to west, 11/12 on the ocean front, and 11 to 15 degrees near the Mediterranean.
