“On the embankment of the Fontanka River near house 34, a car fell into the river,” RIA Novosti quotes the Ministry of Emergencies.
It is noted that in the car were children aged five months and four years.
According to the Ministry of Emergencies, an eyewitness to the incident jumped into the water and helped pull the children ashore.
After adults and children got ashore, they were examined by doctors.
