Explosion in a town in northern Syria

An explosion occurred on the 16th of a town in northern Syria under Turkish control, and 18 civilians were killed. The Turkish Ministry of Defense issued a statement condemning it as a crime by a Kurdish armed organization. In northern Syria, there are concerns about the deterioration of security due to a series of explosions since Turkey decided on military operations.

According to a Turkish government news agency, in Barb, a town in northern Syria, about 25 kilometers from the border with Turkey, an explosion occurred at the bus terminal on the 16th, killing at least 18 citizens and injuring 27 people.

No crime statement has been issued so far, but the Turkish Ministry of Defense has issued a statement accusing the Kurdish armed organization in northern Syria of exploding a bomb loaded on the car.

The town of Barb has been under substantial control in order for Turkey to recapture from the extremist organization IS = Islamic State three years ago and to remove hostile Kurdish armed organizations from the border zone.

This is the third time an explosion has occurred in the Syrian territory under the control of Turkey since Turkey launched a military operation in northern Syria last month. There is concern about further deterioration in security.
