The prime minister said the company was ineffective and unprofitable, noting that “locomotives burn almost daily, cars are manually operated, individual officials, dispatchers send cars not where they need it, but where it is more profitable for them, where they were paid.”
Goncharuk said earlier that the country's railway infrastructure was almost completely destroyed.
