Finland earned their qualification for Euro-2020 on Friday by beating Liechtenstein 3-0 in Group J, whose first place went to Italy.

This is the first qualification for the finals of a Euro of Finland, currently 55th in the FIFA rankings and which has never been in its history to participate in a World Cup.

Armenia, defeated at home by Greece (1-0) in group J, is consequently eliminated even before the last day.

Finland is the 11th qualified nation for the Euro-2020 (12th June-12th July).

This country of 5.5 million inhabitants joins England, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine, which have already validated their ticket.

Markku Kannerva's lineup is expected to feature June against Norwich City striker Teemu Pukki, who scored twice in Helsinki against Liechtenstein, and Bayer Leverkusen goalkeeper Lukas Hradecky.
