Mönchengladbach (dpa) - One week after life-threatening injuries of an 18-year-olds by beatings and kicks in Mönchengladbach three teenagers have been arrested. A judge has issued arrest warrants against the 16, 18 and 19-year-old prime suspects, the investigators said. They were in custody. The 16- and 18-year-old suspects are already known to the police.
