“We want to introduce it (in the Verkhovna Rada. - RT ) in December, that is, at the same time as the new media bill,” Ukrinform quoted Borodyansky as saying.

The Minister noted that although the bills have a “different level of development” and the future media law will be much deeper, both documents are interconnected.

However, Borodyansky invited reporters to work together on the development of bills to regulate the activities of media workers.

Earlier, the Parliament announced the possibility of turning Ukraine into an "information concentration camp."

It was clarified that they, in particular, should contain provisions on the requirements and standards of news and on mechanisms to prevent the spread of false, distorted information and its refutation.
