According to him, the Ukrainian side "is not planning a bilateral meeting with Putin now."

“We are planning a meeting in the Norman Four,” the minister emphasized.

On November 12, the first president of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, proposed organizing a meeting between Putin and Zelensky. At the same time, he noted that the Ukrainian leader had already given his consent.

After that, the Kremlin noted that the efforts of partners from Kazakhstan are highly appreciated, however, “meeting for the sake of the meeting will bring little benefit”, and all the focus is “on preparing for the Norman-format process”.
