The number of tickets sold for trains to the Crimea and back exceeded 20 thousand


Deputy Head of the Directorate for Passenger Services of the Crimean Railway, Mikhail Kulikov, in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta, said that 20,471 tickets were sold throughout Russia six days after the start of ticket sales for long-distance trains to and from the Crimea.

“On average, around 3,000 tickets are currently being sold in the ticket offices and Internet services across the country, and from 600 to 800 travel documents at the box office of the peninsula. In Crimea, the most active implementation is at the ticket offices of KZD in Simferopol, Sevastopol and Yalta, ”Kulikov said.

Earlier, a member of the Federation Council from the Crimea, Sergei Tsekov, in an interview with the FBA “Economics Today,” appreciated the benefits of launching a rail link through the Kerch Strait.
