“The director general of the private security organization Sirius-A has been detained,” the agency said.
According to the investigation, the suspect allowed a person who does not have a security permit to guard the college building.
Earlier, in a college shooting case, a private security officer who had guarded the building was detained.
The incident, in which one person died, three more were injured, occurred on Thursday, November 14.
The State Duma commented on the shooting at a college in Blagoveshchensk, noting that the school should have a special service that monitors the psychological atmosphere in the institution and conflicts between students.
