CAIRO (Reuters) - Egyptian state security prosecutor Radwa Mohamed, who was arrested after a video posted on websites criticizing Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi and his wife, has been sentenced to 15 days in jail, a human rights source told Al Jazeera.

The source said that Radwa Mohamed was charged with publishing and broadcasting false news and statements and misuse of social media sites, and she was imprisoned pending the case.

It is expected that the Egyptian activist will be deported this evening to the women's prison in Al-Qanater charity area in Qalyubia governorate north of Cairo.

It is noteworthy that the activist Radwa had broadcast a few days ago a video strongly attacked President Sisi, criticizing the widespread torture in Egyptian prisons and silence Sisi on it.

It also attacked Sisi 's expansion in building presidential palaces in exchange for the daily suffering of the Egyptian people in search of the sustenance of their day.

Since the coup against the late President Mohamed Morsi on July 3, 2013, and until the end of last June, some 2762 Egyptian women have been arrested.
