The Luna mall has not undergone any major renovation since it was built in 1979 - but in this year's budget, Telge real estate owner, Södertälje municipality, has set aside money to modernize the commercial parts.
What do you do to make existing tenants want to stay in the mall?
- We have close contact with the tenants in Luna and try to meet their wishes as far as possible. We make no major investments here and now to change things because we have a little longer work. So there will be investments in the future, says Lars Greger (MP) chairman of Telge real estate.
