“The Chelyabinsk Arbitration Court fined the airport for“ violation of the rules for conducting searches, additional searches and re-searches in order to ensure transport safety, committed through negligence, ”the agency told the Volga Transport Prosecutor's Office.
The department emphasized that the airport’s employees “checked it several times and made sure that the woman wasn’t a threat”, but the rules were violated by employees who did not notice that a man without a ticket entered the “clean zone” and the cabin.
Earlier in Khabarovsk, the passenger refused to leave the plane, which landed at the airport of the city. He was detained by police.
