On the occasion of the Paris Forum on Peace on November 12 and 13, Alain Foka receives on the program "Le débat africain" three presidents: Idriss Déby from Chad, Mahamadou Issoufou from Niger and Félix Tshisekedi from Democratic Republic of the Congo give their views and their solutions for security and peace on the continent.
