The feeling of insecurity among residents of Rinkeby-Kista and Spånga-Tensta has increased in all districts in recent years. 40 percent of the residents of Husby and Tensta responded that they felt unsafe or very unsafe in their housing area in the city's latest security survey of 2017. The figure for the city as a whole is 7 percent.

The idea of the new strategy is for the districts to cooperate better with the area's schools, the police and the social services.

New strategy - No new money

But no specific amount is reserved today.

- The strategy will be a bottom line, the districts will need to invest more prevention and upgrading parts of the urban environment.

The strategy is expected to be pushed through in the Rinkeby-Kista City Council on November 19.
