Nevertheless, even in such conditions when gas stations have the opportunity to prepare for inspection, this year they found underfilling in almost 20% of cases, ”RIA Novosti quoted Manturov as saying.
He noted that a bill has now been developed that involves the use of negotiable fines for underfilling.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Federation of Car Owners of Russia, Sergey Kanaev, in an interview with the FAN commented on reports that the country may introduce negotiable fines for underfilling fuel at gas stations in 2021.
