11 November 2019 Activists for the independence of Catalonia blocked the highway linking Spain and France, protesting against the sentence that sentenced the leaders of the Generalitat who had proclaimed independence to prison.

The AP7 motorway is interrupted in La Jonquera near Girona, a Catalan city near the border. The resumption of the independence demonstrators comes after the vote for the policies which has substantially left the balance in Parliament unchanged. Dozens of vehicles block the road closing the road in both directions and about 300 people have set up barricades. It is the first action registered today, the first of a three-day mobilization called after the vote, from today to November 13th.
