Instant WhatsApp has announced the launch of a new function for small businesses - such as cafes and various stores - to present their offers to customers.
The company explained that the new catalog function prevents employers from sending a lot of messages, pictures and information about their services or offers.
When a user creates a new catalog in WhatsApp, customers can see information about products and services directly in the IM application, and there is no need to refer potential customers to the company's or merchant's website.
In order to create a catalog, a user needs Whatsapp Business, which is available for mobile devices with Google Android and Apple iOS.
The US company has confirmed the availability of the catalog function as of now in some countries, such as the United States, Britain, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Germany and Brazil.
