11 November 20199.20 The Bolivian police arrested the former president and former vice president of the Supreme Electoral Court for alleged fraud and fraud related to the presidential elections of 20 October, at the origin of the street protests that forced President Evo Morales to renounce the his assignment. An investigation was opened against the two for forgery of documents, manipulation of computer data, alteration and concealment of results and other crimes. Shortly before Morales gave up the highly contested re-election.
