According to videos published by militants of the official Movement to Socialism (MAS) and inhabitants of Oruro, in western Bolivia, a group of people looted and burned the house of the governor, Víctor Hugo Vásquez .

"I want to denounce to the international community that my property suffered an attack," said the governor of Chuquisaca, Esteban Urquizu, who also wrote: "We want peace!" .

Chuquisaca, in the southern center of the country, is the region where Sucre , the constitutional capital of Bolivia, is located.
