According to the decree, the measures are aimed at continuing structural economic reforms, accelerating the country's socio-economic development, improving the welfare of the population, harmonious development of the regions, introducing European living standards, as well as strengthening Ukraine.
It was previously reported that the Zelensky decree provides for the transition of the country's defense management system to NATO standards by the end of 2019.
