Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Corporation, the executive director of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, said that the Foundation does not intend to raise the value of the housing loans, which amount to AED 750,000.
This came on the sidelines of the exhibition Housing, Building Materials, Decoration and Engineering Consultancy «DecoBuild 2019», which is organized by Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation, in the hall «House united» in «Warqa 4», and concludes its activities today, with the participation of 58 specialized bodies from the government and private sectors.
Gargash pointed out that the value of the current loan is commensurate with the income of beneficiaries of the services of the institution, and the citizen benefits from the loan he receives from the institution without deduction.
He pointed out that many participants in «Decobuild» offer solutions for sustainable construction, including the use of solar panels, dyes that take into account the environment and human health, and other environmentally friendly building materials.
On the other hand, participants in the exhibition told «Emirates Today», that the smart services offered by companies during the «DecoBuild», is witnessing a large turnout of visitors to the exhibition, in order to use them in their homes, to remotely control some services based on the Internet of things. Ibrahim Mohammed, the sales manager of the exhibitor company, said that 35% of visitors to the exhibition are demanding smart homes because they are convinced of the importance of these services in protecting handling more and providing easier life.
Hassan Imbabi, project manager at Kareedah, pointed out that the price of smart services ranges from 50,000 to 500 thousand dirhams. These services include control of home and electricity conditioning, lighting and cameras, and management of protection systems.
Ibrahim Al Farhati, director of Abu Dhabi branch of the exhibiting company, said that demand for smart homes is still below expectations, although it is witnessing an increase during the current session of Decobuild due to the fear of families prices.
Smart home services are witnessing a high turnout of citizens.
