“The DPR’s representation in the JCCC welcomes the start of the withdrawal of weapons and armed persons recorded by the OSCE SMM outside the breeding site 20 months after the OSCE SMM recorded the first violations by the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the breeding site No. 3,” the SCCC noted.

Earlier, representatives of the People’s Police of the DPR fired a signal rocket in the Petrovsky area, thus indicating a willingness to proceed with the withdrawal of troops.
