John Bolton, former Security Advisor of the White House has a lot to say about Ukraine, but poses his conditions to testify before the Congress. He was summoned Thursday in front of the room but did not show up.

It's a testimony that could turn everything upside down, but it is not acquired. John Bolton , a former national security advisor, who was notoriously opposed to the suspension of military aid granted to Kiev , had daily and privileged access to Donald Trump. His lawyer says he has relevant information about pressure from the White House.

However, none of the witnesses who confirmed blackmail on Ukraine could link the case directly to the president. They quoted his personal attorney, or the special envoy to Ukraine, but have no proof that Donald Trump himself ordered it, which John Bolton would be able to do.

But, says his lawyer, John Bolton will come to testify before the chamber only if he is forced by justice. The former National Security Advisor does not want to defy the White House order that outlawed any cooperation with Congress.

The Democratic camp has so far refused to appeal to justice to compel witnesses to testify. They believe that it would take too much time and prefer to use the refusal to testify as an additional reason to justify the President's indictment.
