The company, which currently has 210 employees, is a subcontractor to the automotive industry. Since the company's largest customers Scania and Volvo have reduced their orders by up to 30 percent, the company is now forced to notify employees of termination, says Vetlandaposten.

- It's incredibly boring. I take it hard and feel for the employees and those affected. It's tough, says the company's CEO Marcus Björnsson to the newspaper.
