“The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry sent a note of protest to the Russian Foreign Ministry demanding that Russia stop committing internationally wrongful acts against the sovereignty of our state,” the ministry said in a statement.
Earlier, the Russian Emergencies Ministry dispatched about 600 tons of humanitarian supplies to Donbass, including those with baby food packages.
In late October, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, suggested that Kiev instead of protest also send humanitarian aid to the Donbass.
