According to prosecutors, the three men together tried to kill a man. First, the man should have been hit in the face and then a sharp stab on the arm. The men should also have cut or chopped the man at the temple.

According to the lawsuit, the assault must have taken place in the home and the child of the victim witnessed the incident.

The three men are charged with attempted murder and, in the alternative, the Prosecutor claims that the men should be convicted of gross abuse. All three deny crime.
