“The airline understands the seriousness of the situation, and the IrAero management decided to remove the alleged culprit from work until the final results of the investigation are received,” the company representative said.

Earlier, the East Siberian Investigative Department for Transport of the IC of Russia opened a criminal case on the fact of admitting an unauthorized person to control the aircraft.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred on August 31, 2019. One of the crew members illegally escorted a 33-year-old girl into the cockpit and transferred control to her.
