The arrested persons are suspected of being involved in both weapons crime and part in general destruction.

Three were arrested today for attempted murder after the blast in Hässleholm on Wednesday night.

- They were arrested yesterday in connection with the incident, I can not provide more details, writes Thomas Johansson, police spokesman in the Hässleholm case.

Last week, several places were blown up in Malmö, including Drottningtorget, Sofielund and Almgården. At that point, the police assumed that they were facing an explosion commission.

"There will be crime prevention efforts against these people who are behind the blasts," Stefan Sintéus, Malmö police chief, told SVT.
