It was on January 27 that the inmate tried to get a relatively newly hired female prison guard to bring in a cellphone for him. He offered her "15 salmon" and then increased to "20 salmon" without receiving any response from the prison guard.
The 52-year-old denies it all and thinks he has not offered anyone a single penny. On the other hand, he must have joked with the forensic officer that she could bring in a phone to him, since he needed to call his contact person.
The 52-year-old appears under 33 sections of the load register and the court does not consider that any sanction other than a shorter prison sentence may be considered.
