WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Donald Trump Jr on Tuesday published a book in which his father's opponents attack the US president, acknowledging he has picked up the germ of politics and is contemplating running in the future.

The book is titled "How the left thrives at the expense of hatred and wants to silence us."

On Amazon, the book is defined as the one that "left-wing elites don't want you to read."

"If you love America and red meat and don't care about political contexts, you've got to the right place," he says.

The book consists of three hundred pages, the author devoted part of his autobiography and experience as an alcoholic person, while the other part dedicated to the controversy about the "wretched." He was referring to Hillary Clinton, who called his father's supporters the word during the 2016 presidential election.

The author quickly took third place on Amazon's bestseller list after President Trump encouraged his 66.5 million Twitter followers to read it.

"It's a great new book that I strongly recommend everyone to read," he wrote on Monday.

Trump Jr. is used to pursuing his father's opponents on social media, harshly criticizing them, so his use of offensive language was foreseen in the book.

He also describes Mueller, who investigated the Russian intervention in the 2016 presidential election, as "an old puppet of nothing" and some members of Congress as "fools."

Trump Jr. says he was "vaccinated" against socialism during visits to meet his grandparents in the former Czechoslovakia.

Left candidate for the 2020 election criticizes Bernie Sanders, as well as Democratic candidate Joe Biden, saying the latter would be "the easiest to be torn by his father."

The book includes a chapter entitled "Enemy of the People" and talks about the press that his father has always attacked.
