According to him, Ukroboronprom has 137 enterprises, of which 21 are located in territories beyond the control of Kiev.

“Of those located on the mainland, 70 are profitable, 46 are unprofitable enterprises,” TASS quoted him as saying.

He also said that defense enterprises fix "deep problems, mainly of a financial and managerial approach."

According to Abromavicius, Ukroboronprom is in a “difficult condition”.

Earlier in Ukraine, poor-quality bulletproof vests for the army were purchased.
