Coming for adventure, performances sublimated by exotic landscapes, a solidarity bet or a shared complicity in a difficult environment, more than five hundred women have lived intensely trekking in the Moroccan desert.

The trek Rose Trip, 100% female, was their story, that of women who faced, in team of 3, to the tests on the dunes of ocher sands, almost orange, under a blue sky and a burning sun.

With a bivouac located near Merzouga, the participants evolved each day on routes drawn in a loop, using a compass, a roadbook, a GPS distance meter.

On the first night, their road map was given to them, and it is, sitting on the ground, headlamps lit, that she studied together the options that were designed to succeed this trip of four days with the least kilometers possible.

After having spent the day in the fields of dunes, not without enjoying the beautiful open spaces, they met again in the evening to share a meal, in peace, even in a certain fullness.

These women are of all ages, and mostly French. This year, some Canadians took to the game. Nice to celebrate, they celebrated each end of the day by drinking ... a little beer!

Feeling sore, a warmth to be tamed but an experience that enriched them, whether for the charity for which they met the challenge, or because they had something to prove themselves after suffering a long sickness.
