Bucharest (AFP) The new Romanian government has proposed to the future EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen a woman and a man as candidates for her team. The election would include the conservative MEPs Siegfried Muresan and Adina Valean, said the Romanian Prime Minister Ludovic Orban on Wednesday in Bucharest. As of the Leyen currently missing female candidates for their team, Valean probably has the better chances.
