The man is now being investigated by the Special Prosecutor's Office and according to Deputy Regional Police Chief Carina Lennquist, it is a case of drug offenses.
The police have reported to the staff responsibility board that they want to kick the policeman because he "grossly breached his duties to the employer". After the man was told that the employer wanted to kick him, he resigned at his own request.
Since August, the man has been relocated to internal service.
