The police received an alarm about the bang at 03.15.
- We received information from several directions that there was a loud bang in central Västerås. We have been there and tried to locate what sounded like it, but we have not found anything. So we do not know what may have happened, says Johan Näslund, RLC commander at the police region Mitt.
By 04.10, the police had left the scene.
