This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the UN Office in Geneva Andrei Belousov.

“Our three documents were accepted. The first is about the non-placement of weapons in space by the first, ”Belousov said.

According to him, the second document concerns further practical measures to prevent an arms race in outer space, and the third is devoted to transparency and confidence-building measures in outer space.

Earlier, Belousov, during a speech in the framework of the First Committee of the UN General Assembly, said that Russia was concerned about the number of American satellites in space.
