“They understand that Russia has contracts with many European countries for the supply of gas that is transported through the territory of Ukraine. And they also understand very well that when Nord Stream 2 is launched, the dependence of Europeans on the transit system of Ukraine will sharply decrease, ”the senator concluded.
Orzhel said earlier that Ukraine is ready for the situation with the termination of gas transit.
