Karlsruhe (dpa) - Many owners of an older diesel would like to get rid of his car because of the scandal around manipulated exhaust emissions. The plaintiffs had revoked the contracts, relying on what they considered to be inadequate wording, such as the right of revocation. They are also no longer bound by the purchase contracts for their cars.
