He pointed out that to continue these entrenched positions, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has been instructed to exert all efforts to heal the rift between brothers in Yemen.
He praised the response of Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi and the Southern Transitional Council to the Kingdom's call for dialogue and what was reached in the Riyadh agreement, which asked God to make it a good start for a new phase of stability, construction and development in Yemen.
His Highness said: "Our concern since the beginning of the Yemeni crisis has been to support the brotherly Yemeni people in response to the request of their legitimate president and based on the principle of self-defense and to stop foreign interventions that seek to impose a new reality on him by force of arms, and to turn against his legitimacy and institutions, and threaten the security of its neighbors. The region's security and waterways are vital to the whole world.
The Saudi Crown Prince added: "We have achieved a lot for Yemen and the security of the region, and we have provided support and assistance to the Yemeni people befitting our brotherhood and love and will continue to strive to achieve the aspirations of the Yemeni people to restore their state and reach a political solution to the crisis in accordance with the three references, and miss the opportunity For everyone who does not want good for Yemen.
