After a long lead, Lille collapsed in Valencia (4-1) on Tuesday for the fourth day of the Champions League, conceding a defeat virtually synonymous with elimination at two matches from the end of the group stage.

At the Mestalla stadium, Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen had yet opened the mark between the legs of the goalkeeper (25th) but Valencia reacted with a penalty from his captain Dani Parejo (66th) consecutive to a hand of Jose Fonte. Then Lille Soumaoro tapped a ball in his own goal (82) and the French midfielder of Valence Geoffrey Kondogbia pushed the nail on a nice missile (84), before Ferran Torres sealed the mark (90).
